Haus Gutschi is located in the heart of Imst and offers wonderful views of the surrounding Alps.
Built in the 1970s, this timeless single-family home has been transformed into a comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. The two-story holiday home features an open layout and a spacious garden of about 1,000 m². It includes a dining room, a cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a third separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Tschirgant.
Two covered terraces and a charcoal grill are also available. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with cable channels, a wide selection of books, children's books, and some toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are provided as well. There are two parking spaces on the property and a garage parking spot.
Storage for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as a ski depot, are available. A family-friendly swimming pool is nearby but out of earshot.
Numerous hiking trails are within easy walking distance.
A traditional bakery is quickly accessible by car or on foot. Away from mass tourism, the Muttekopf, Plattein, and Tschirgant invite you to extensive mountain tours.
Hoch-Imst offers many opportunities to enjoy nature in the mountains in both summer and winter.
The Pitztal, Ötztal, and other destinations are easily reached by car or public transport. Smoking and parties are not permitted in the house.

Ruime tuin, veel ruimte in huis, zicht op de bergen, dichtbij het zwembad.
Alles beviel goed. Het enige wat we hebben gemist is een droogrekje, waar we onze zwemkleding/handdoeken konden laten drogen.

Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen, großen Garten mit Überdachungen, so dass man auch bei leichtem Regen draußen sitzen konnte. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war super, oben in der Etage 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, so dass unsere erwachsenen Kinder dort ihr eigenes Reich hatten. Unten großes Wohnzi...
Das Möbiliar ist teilweise ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Neben dem Haus wird gerade gebaut, so dass während der Woche von 8 bis 17 Uhr mit Baulärm zu rechnen ist.
