Whether you head west, east, inland, or across the lake—on foot, by car, ferry, or bus—everything is easily accessible.
Ferry connections between Meersburg and Constance, as well as Friedrichshafen and Romanshorn, offer added flexibility. The apartment is 75 sqm and accommodates 1 to 4 guests.
There is a bedroom with a double bed, large mirrored wardrobe, and wonderful lake view, plus a room with bunk beds and a wall wardrobe.
The living room features a large window front with access to the balcony and fantastic lake views, a sofa, dining table for up to 6, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and a big window with lake view.
The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, mirrored cabinet, and spacious washbasin, plus there is a separate guest WC. A private parking space is also available.
In the basement, you will find a washing machine and dryer, which you can use for an extra charge.

Endlich mal eine Wohnung mit ausreichend Geschirr für den Geschirrspüler.
Und natürlich die super Aussicht vom Balkon.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aufteilung, Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, was toll war, denn wir waren gerade zur heißen Sommerzeit im Juli dort. Eine schöne große Markise, so dass wir den Balkon als Wohnzimmer benutzen konnten. Der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und ...

L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, grand et agréable. Le balcon pour prendre les repas très bien. La place de jeu en bas parfaite pour les enfants.
Le seul bémol était la machine à laver en panne, mais on s'est débrouillé. Le lac est un peu loin à pied, surtout les endroits avec un vrai bord où se promener ou jouer avec les enfants, se baigner. Mais pour de bons marcheurs pas de soucis (problème de genoux donc difficile pour moi).
