The structure "CasaMia civic 14" is located in the center of Salerno, in a quiet residential area outside the city traffic, renovated in 2024 and equipped with all comforts (air conditioning-tv flat screen- wi fi- sheets -towels-phone-iron- mosquito nets), consisting of a small equipped kitchenette, a living room with double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The property is located just 5 minutes (about 400 meters) walk from the beach of Santa Teresa - 10 min walk from the train station ( about 1 km), terminus of public transportation ( bus-metro-train-taxi), bus "sita" for Amalfi Coast ( Maiori-Amalfi-Positano), for Cilento coast ( Paestum-Agropoli-Castellabate-Acciaroli, etc.) and for Pompeii.

Public transportation to the city and province is about 100 meters away, time to ride an escalator. A 5-minute (about 400 meters) walk away you can find the Maritime Station of Porto Manfredi, from which you can reach the most important tourist destinations such as the Cilentana Coast, Ischia, Capri and Sorrento.

As if that were not enough, walking 10 minutes ( about 1 km) from the structure you can reach, crossing the beautiful promenade, the tourist port "Masuccio Salernitano" from where ferries depart for the Amalfi Coast and Capri, continuously, stopping at the various stages of the "Divine"; 20 minutes by car / bus / cab you can reach the airport of Salerno, as well as that of Naples at about 50 km.

Hidden tourist tax fees.. great location.. expect to go down a lot of stairs but the escalator makes it very easy going up. Great local own shops to do shopping. Plan on buying or bringing your own toilet paper. Would totally stay there again.
