The Conciergerie du Golfe is delighted to welcome you to this beautiful holiday home, located in La Trinité-sur-Mer in a pleasant setting.
You’ll enjoy being close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a market. Discover this charming villa with a pool in La Trinité-sur-Mer, offering 220 m² of space for up to 8 guests.
Nestled at the end of a quiet lane in a peaceful hamlet, the house features a spacious living area, an open-plan equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, and three bathrooms (one with a bathtub), plus a lovely, tree-filled garden. Bed linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is not provided but can be rented for an extra fee on request from the concierge.
A baby cot is available free of charge on request. The accommodation includes: – A 60 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area, and direct access to the terrace and garden – A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and hob – Two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one with a baby cot – Two bedrooms with two single beds each – One bedroom with a sofa bed and private shower – Three bathrooms with showers, one with a bathtub – Three separate toilets Outside: – An unheated, fenced pool – A garden to enjoy sunny days – Outdoor lounge and dining table
