3 bedrooms - Sleeps 7. A luxurious and tastefully decorated gate lodge in close proximity to Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park. The scenic Renvyle Peninsula is just a short drive away, where white sandy beaches, views of the wild Atlantic coastline, offshore islands, and the surrounding countryside and mountain ranges await you. An ideal place to rest, relax, and immerse yourself in nature. It is a perfect place for families and friends to share. Short breaks available all year round. Wi-Fi.
The village of Letterfrack can be reached within 5 minutes, and Leenane village can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The local villages will provide all you need for your self-catering stay. Clifden town is reachable within 20 minutes by car and offers more shops, restaurants, and services. Nearby you will find Connemara National Park, Diamond Hill, Kylemore Abbey and Killary Fjord. Boat trips and tours are also available nearby as well as many scenic walks and drives. You are a just a short drive from lots of beautiful sandy beaches along the Renvyle peninsula, where you can swim, walk, or enjoy kayaking, surfing, coasteering or paddle boarding.
Facilities:
3 Bedrooms – Sleeps 7. This lodge was recently refurbished with a modern and neutral palette with high-quality furnishings and fittings throughout ensuring the most comfortable and relaxing of stays.
The accommodation is all on one level and compromises of a spacious dining, lounge area, and adjoining kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (one jack and jill). The bedrooms consist of two double bedrooms and one triple room. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern conveniences including, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker & fridge. The adjoining utility room houses a washer, dryer and freezer. The dining area is well furnished with large dining table and seating, a perfect space for group meals and get-togethers. The lounge area is furnished with a large comfortable sofa, coffee table, and SMART TV. The patio area and outdoor seating area is accessible from the lounge. Bedroom 1 is a triple room with three single beds and large ensuite with wet area shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 2 is a double room with double size bed and again complete with a large ensuite with wet area shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 3 is a spacious double room with king size bed and access to a jack and jill bathroom complete with wet area shower, sink and toilet.
The cottage is electrically heated throughout. Wi-Fi is available. Electricity and wi-fi is included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are provided. The cottage can be accessed by wheelchair users and those with mobility restrictions as it is all on one level. Sorry, no pets. Cot and highchair available. Smoking is not allowed. Short breaks are available. Parking is available on site for up to 3 cars
A security deposit of €250 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation of a payment card will be required.

We had a wonderful family holiday staying in this cottage. The cottage is superbly decorated and fitted out. Was extremely clean and in such a brilliant location. Our host Marguerite was very pleasant and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.
