Non-smoking accommodation in a peaceful holiday oasis near Lake Constance, surrounded by greenery yet centrally located and attractively renovated.
Enjoy your holiday alone or as a couple in the garden on the adjoining terrace or a little further away, surrounded by flowerbeds at the red garden house.
The 1-room holiday apartment on the garden level is at the end of a short cul-de-sac. Directly adjacent to open fields, you can enjoy far-reaching views.
The central location offers excellent shopping, as well as bus, train, doctor, pharmacy, and bank all nearby.
Lake Constance is 1.5 km away—about a 20-minute walk through the nature reserve along a scenic path by the Aach.
Here you’ll find the free natural bathing beach with lawn, the pile-dwelling village, the boat dock to Mainau Island, and the reptile house.
Shops and bus/train stops are 5 to 10 minutes away.
The 30 sqm apartment is modern, recently renovated, and comfortably furnished, with a covered south/west terrace and garden view.
The kitchenette features a ceramic hob and a fridge with freezer compartment.
The bathroom with window has a shower with glass enclosure and a WC. Two custom-made solid wood beds (birch plywood) can be arranged as a double bed or as singles in an L-shape.
A connector creates a continuous mattress for the double bed. Free parking is available at the house for small cars; larger cars can park across the street before the cul-de-sac. A shared charging station for electric cars and bicycle storage are available at the house.
The bike storage is under the house roof.
