It features a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a magnificent 700 m² private landscaped garden. With high-speed Internet access, we're waiting for you!
Linen (sheets/towels/towels) are not included, but are available from the concierge for a fee. A high chair can be provided free of charge on request from the concierge.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 30 m² living room with sofas and armchairs, TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
- A bathroom
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), chest of drawers and cot
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160×190) and chest of drawers
- Landing with sofa bed (90×190) or double bed (180×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Plancha, washing machine, cot, iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 700 m² fenced landscaped garden.
- A 30 m² terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs and parasol to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Damgan, in very pleasant, green surroundings. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are just 500 m from the house.
