Accommodating up to 2 people, there is a wide sidewalk for walks, jogging, bike ride or roller skating along the sea.

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it comprises :
- a sleeping area with a sofa bed for 2 people;
- a functional bathroom;
- a separate, fully-equipped kitchenette;
- a superb 9 m² furnished terrace with sea views.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Television, Freebox Ultra with Canal+ Netflix Disney+ Prime, Ironing board and iron, clotheshorse, Hair dryer, Fan, Air-conditioning, Vacuum cleaner, Underfloor heating, 2 hotplates, Electric kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator with small ice compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located :
- close to public transport links to the city center, train station and airport;
- 250 m from the “Carrefour City” supermarket;
- 5 minutes' walk from the beach;
- 7 minutes by car from the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice.
Professional housekeeping is carried out before and after each guest.

Between olive trees and vineyards lie the districts of Caucade, Fabron and Archet which are located in the western part of the city of Nice.
Starting from the seaside and climbing up the hill by the avenue de Fabron, they are mainly composed of exceptional villas and modern residences.
You will also find all types of local shops accessible both by foot and by car from the top of the hills.
Ideally located, you will be only 15 minutes away from Nice city center, 15 minutes by car from the airport and 30 minutes from Monaco! An immersion between land and sea guaranteed! ## Transports Less than 150m away from the front or back door of the building, are the stops "Lenval" on the bus line 12 or tramway line 2 which regularly deserve the airport, the railway station and the city center, all in less than 20 minutes.
