The holiday home Haus Gutach, located in Schönwald in the Black Forest, offers a wonderful view of the nearby mountains.
The 160 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, and can accommodate up to eight people.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, a dryer, as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. You have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities.
There is a permanently rented apartment in the lower part of the house.
Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is about 15 minutes away on foot.
A cross-country ski trail is directly in front of the house. Parking is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.
A maximum of two pets is allowed.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.
A ski storage room is available. The accommodation supports you in proper waste separation; further information is available on site.

Niet echt negatief maar een extra ruimte voor de fietsen ( garaga bv) is altijd handig

Gezellige ouderwetse inrichting in de huiskamer, maar zeer comfortabel. Goede bedden, ruime kamers, fijn balkon. Prettige badkamers (2 badkamers, in totaal 3 toiletten)en een zeer compleet uitgeruste keuken. Genoten van het uitzicht en de ruimte.
Alles was ook zeer goed schoongemaakt, zie je toc...
