This renovated house located in the heart of the village of Montaigut-sur-Save, 25km north-west of Toulouse, combines the charm of country life and the proximity of the Toulouse conurbation. Enclosed garden, covered terrace and private swimming pool (4x4 meters).
When visiting the region, you will be seduced by the various heritage sites (halls, castles...) where brick is omnipresent. Forest of Bouconne (bike rides, on foot) at 4km. L'Isle-Jourdain leisure center (swimming, jet skiing, wake boarding), Aeroscopia Museum, Animaparc children's park and Toulouse-Blagnac airport 15km away. Château de Laréole 20km away. Cox Pottery Museum 18km. Lake of Saint-Cricq at 23km. Montauban in the department of Tarn-et-Garonne at 42km. Auch in the Gers department at 62km.
House arranged on two levels:
- on the ground floor: kitchen with dining area (breakfasts, fireplace)
- upstairs: living room (library, wood stove), Suzon bedroom (1 double bed 140cm) with private and communicating shower room/WC, air-conditioned Joséphine bedroom (1 double bed 160cm) with bathroom bathroom and WC separated by a 1/2 partition.
Non-smoking rooms.
