Cozy and charming attic apartment of approximately 89 m2, ideal for 4 people, located on the second floor (NO lift) of a historic building, partially renovated. Located in a very central position, on Lido di Dongo, the perfect location for relaxing, playing sports or swimming in Lake Como. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa, full kitchen, two bedrooms and full bathroom. The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa; - Complete KITCHEN with dining table and chairs, induction hob (4 burners), dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, electric kettle; - BEDROOM 1 with double bed; - BEDROOM 2 with two single beds joined into a double bed (with the possibility of separating them); - COMPLETE BATHROOM with shower, bidet, sink and WC. On 7 minutes walking, there is a nice sea shore, that is possible to swim, sap, and lots of lake sport activities. Further services available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, hairdryer, heating with electric stove, clothesline, iron and ironing board, clothes hanger, washing machine. To reach the apartment you need to climb some stairs. Possibility to park on the street for free (NOT GUARANTEED). We remind you that the accommodation is located in a pedestrian area and it is not possible to reach the house directly by car If you are traveling without a car, the options for reaching the house are: From Como bus C10 towards Colico or hydrofoil From Colico bus C10 towards Como or hydrofoil To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. If you travel without a car, you can reach the house: From Como by bus C10 direction Colico or hydrofoil From Colico by bus C10 direction Como or hydrofoil 50 meters away from the property, in Piazza Paracchini, it is possible to find the stop of the bus line to Como / St. Moritz / Tirano. Es war alles super! aber leider war das WLAN nicht immer da und das war zum Schluss etwas nervig. Aber ansonsten hat sich das wie ein Hotel angefühlt da die Sauberkeit und die Badezimmer Utensilien und Küchen Utensilien frisch neu verpackt zur Verfügung gestellt worden.

Alles hat gepasst ausser die Lautstärke draußen am Platz war des öfteren bis in den späten Morgenstunden sehr laut aber dafür gibt es zum glück Ohrstöpsel. die Wohnung ist wunderschön renoviert ,sehr schön eingericht ,uns hat es an nichts gefehlt .

Appartement zag er goed en netjes uit. Alleen bij de aankomst dag kwam er een hele vreemde vieze geur uit de wc. Dit is later gelukkig wel weg getrokken en verder geen problemen mee gehad. Let wel op als je een lichte slaper bent. Kan zo nu en dan nog erg rommelig zijn buiten rond het verblijf. Verder heel tevreden en echt genoten van het verblijf!
