Villa Vita – Holiday Home near Baltic Sea in Timmernabben
Welcome to Villa Vita, a modern holiday home near Baltic Sea in Timmernabben, located in Småland and built in 2022. Only around 150 metres from the Baltic Sea, the house combines Scandinavian design, plenty of space and an attractive location close to the coast, nature and a variety of excursion destinations.
The villa offers approximately 127 m² of living space and accommodates up to 6 guests.
There are 3 separate bedrooms, making the house particularly suitable for families, couples or friends travelling together. The spacious living area is modern and comfortably furnished and provides plenty of room for spending your holiday together.
A comfortable sofa area and television invite you to relax after a day by the coast. There is also a separate reading room or retreat where you can enjoy some peace and quiet during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, cooker, oven, refrigerator and coffee machine. The 2 modern bathrooms with showers are particularly practical when staying with several guests. The villa is also well equipped for longer stays.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the utility room. Another highlight is the approximately 90 m² terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Here you can enjoy breakfast together, start the day at a relaxed pace or spend long summer evenings outdoors. Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee. The Baltic Sea is only a few steps from the house.
The coastline around Timmernabben is ideal for swimming, walking and fishing. The nearby bays are particularly popular with anglers and offer good opportunities for perch fishing.
Depending on availability, guided fishing tours can also be booked for guests who would like to explore the area with local knowledge. The peaceful coastal location also makes Villa Vita a lovely choice for guests who want to spend plenty of time outdoors.
Walks along the Baltic Sea, cycling tours and excursions through the Småland countryside can easily be combined from here. Timmernabben is also conveniently located for day trips. In Kalmar, you can explore the historic old town, the well-known Kalmar Castle and the Baltic Sea coast. The Öland Bridge takes you to the island of Öland with its beaches, nature reserves and small coastal villages. The famous Kingdom of Crystal with its traditional glassworks is also within easy reach. For families, a trip to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s World is also worthwhile. Up to 1 dog is welcome for an additional fee. Professional final cleaning is already included.
