Cantina Giulia is a studio apartment that is on one level.
Open space with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, relaxation-night area and outdoor courtyard equipped to enjoy evenings or outdoor dining, plus bathroom and laundry room.
Although the ceiling height is lower than the standard size (about 2meters), the spaciousness and brightness of the spaces make it very comfortable and livable.
It is particularly suitable for couples or families with up to 2 children. The house is just 200m from the sea, where you can enjoy in complete freedom a fine sandy beach that stretches for about 5km. Walking the same distance you will reach the western promenade, location of the famous fiction "Il commissario Montalbano," on which walking you can watch breathtaking sunsets while enjoying a great ice cream or stay for dinner in one of the restaurants in the area. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance (bus stop within 30 m). Restaurants and bar near apartment. The property is 12km from Marina di Ragusa, 10km from Scicli, 31km from Ragusa, 950m from Spiaggia Ponente, 200m from Spiaggia Micenci. Free parking is available on the street.
