Located in Cancale, Brittany, Le Nid d'Émeraude is a spacious 144 m² family holiday home that can accommodate up to 10 people.
You are only a 5-minute walk from three beautiful sandy beaches and the GR 34 hiking trail.
The house has 5 bedrooms, including a connecting room ideal for babies or young children, as well as 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
The private, fully equipped kitchen is modern and functional.
Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV with satellite and DVD player, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace.
For families, 2 baby beds, 2 high chairs, and a complete baby kit with stroller are provided. The private enclosed garden offers covered and uncovered terraces, ideal for watching your children while relaxing.
The large veranda overlooks a landscaped and flowered garden with no overlooking neighbors.
A private barbecue, outdoor shower, shared playground, and children's toys are available. Parking includes 2 shared spaces on the property as well as street parking.
An electric vehicle charging station is available.
The accommodation is equipped with solar panels with storage batteries and offers recycling.
Bus line 9 stops 200 meters away. Pets are not allowed, parties are prohibited, and you are advised to smoke only outside.
