The combination of a peaceful setting and proximity to the city ensures restful nights—perfect for relaxing, working, or unwinding after a day at the trade fair or on business. The apartment is decorated in traditional Franconian style and features high-quality, pollutant-free solid wood furniture from the Alps, some pieces hand-carved and personalized.
Bright rooms create a welcoming atmosphere. Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom, dining room with TV, tiled stove, winter garden with seating, extra bed for a third guest available. From the kitchen and living room, you can enjoy views into the winter garden—a lovely spot to linger. Excellent location & connections: Bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk, S-Bahn in 7 minutes.
Easy access to the Südwesttangente and city highway.
City center, harbor, and trade fair are quickly reached. Shops for daily needs—bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurants (Franconian & Greek), Asian takeout, ice cream parlor, hairdresser, stationery, and physiotherapy—are all within 2 minutes’ walk. Schwabach is 10 minutes away.
The beautiful Franconian Lake District, with swimming lakes and cycling paths (Spalt, Roth, etc.), is about 30 minutes away and ideal for relaxing in nature. Security notice: A camera at the main entrance on the ground floor monitors only the front door and entrance area.

Le lit : confortable.
L'environnement : calme
La vente des échantillons de savon et de shampoing récupérés dans les hôtels est très mesquine.

Das Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe der S-Bahn nach Nürnberg (10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt) und der Bio-Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Auf der großzügigen Terrasse lässt es sich wunderbar frühstücken und zu Abend essen.
