An independent annex may be used by the owner as an office; if not traveling, the owner might be present, but has a separate entrance.

The pool and pool terrace are open only from May 1 to October 1; from October to May, these areas are not included. Events are not permitted.

The property is equipped with a security system and alarm devices.
