Discover a charming holiday home in Perstorp, surrounded by nature, accommodating up to 5 guests; enjoy fishing, child-friendly beaches, and local attractions just a short drive away.
This approximately 70 m² holiday home, renovated in 2020, accommodates up to five guests plus one child up to four years old. It features a spacious ground floor with an integrated kitchen, dining, and seating area complete with a cozy fireplace and satellite TV (German channels). One bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower and WC are also located on this level.
The upper floor houses two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, and microwave.
Hot and cold water is supplied from private wells, and heating is provided by electric heaters and the fireplace.
High-speed internet access, a baby cot, and a high chair are available.
A washing machine and table tennis table can be found in a separate building. The outdoor area of this charming vacation home, located in the picturesque municipality of Perstorp, is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.
Surrounded by a lush deciduous forest on a sprawling 4,200 m² natural plot, guests can unwind on the open terrace adjoining the house.
Here, comfortable garden furniture invites sunny hours outdoors, while a grill offers the opportunity for delightful barbecues. Just 2 km away, the nearby Bälingesjön lake features a family-friendly beach and a camping site with boat rentals, perfect for year-round activities such as fishing for pike, perch, and zander.
The communal amenities enhance the experience, including a table tennis setup in an outbuilding. Please note that the total price does not include any possible tourist tax. This is to be paid on site. To make your stay and departure as easy and comfortable as possible, you pay a deposit before your arrival.
