Please feel free to send your booking request to the host in advance. Bed linen and towels can be ordered directly from the host after booking for an additional fee. The stylish, modern, and centrally located apartment in the city center was completely renovated in 2022. It offers high-quality comfort features including underfloor heating, a covered terrace with a large charcoal grill and barbecue accessories, sun lounger, garden furniture, a spacious bathroom with shower, double washbasin and washing machine, clothes drying rack, cordless vacuum cleaner, floor cleaning set, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, stand mixer, fridge with freezer compartment, dining area, ironing board, and iron. The accommodation has three bedrooms for a total of six guests: two bedrooms with double box-spring beds (can be arranged as single beds) and wardrobes, and a living-bedroom with a double spring-core sofa bed, wardrobe, and desk.

All three bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and streaming services.

A home office area, free Wi-Fi, and a free parking space directly in front of the apartment are available.

A travel cot, high chair, and children's toys are also provided.

Restaurants, bars, as well as numerous shopping opportunities and bakeries are in the immediate vicinity. 24-hour check-in is possible via a key system.
