The apartment is located on the first floor with veranda, seating and sun loungers in a quiet location. In 300 meters as the crow flies is the Edersee with its dam there you can use the excursion boat, the electric boats, sailing, fishing, swimming, surfing, water skiing, stand up paddling this and much more offers the Edersee. The entrance to the Habichts-Kellerwald and Urwaldsteig are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Other excursion destinations are also within easy walking distance Wildpark, Aquapark, Tree Top Pfad-Baumkronenweg, climbing park, an adventure golf course (18 holes) is located 300 meters from the apartment.

The Edesee-Infocenter is located directly at the dam wall. The fresh market Edersee Elli 2.0 is open Mondays - Saturdays from 6.30 am - 11 pm where you can buy fresh bread rolls and regional products, a local butcher's shop and an ATM are close to the apartment (1km).
