This charming holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests, nestled 5 km from Nybro, offering fishing, a cozy kitchen, and a picturesque veranda for unforgettable vacations.
The well-appointed guesthouse, named after its last resident, spans approximately 65 m² and accommodates up to four guests plus a child (maximum 2 years). Entry is through a charming, covered veranda.
Inside, a hallway leads to the cozy living room, featuring comfortable seating, satellite TV (with German channels), a DVD and CD player, and a kachelofen.
An open space leads to a small bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed. The kitchen is equipped with a double electric hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and a dining table by the window.
Upstairs, a cleverly designed area includes a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double and a single bed. The house has hot and cold water and is heated electrically or by wood.
Guests can use the washer and bikes upon prior arrangement, and Wi-Fi is available from the landlord’s connection. This charming vacation home, named after its last permanent resident, is situated approximately 5 km northwest of Nybro on a former farm estate, alongside the landlord’s residence.
Guests can enjoy communal outdoor spaces that feature garden furniture and a grill, perfect for evening gatherings and enjoying the tranquil surroundings.
The property offers access to a private fishing pond for those interested in angling, while swimming spots can be found at Linneasjö (about 5 km away) and Orranäsasee (approximately 15 km). The large, rural estate remains tranquil, with sheep grazing nearby and agricultural activities in the surrounding area.
Guests are invited to make use of the bicycles and washing machine available by prior arrangement. Please note that the total price does not include any possible tourist tax.
