Nestled in tranquil rural charm, this cozy vacation home accommodates up to 4 guests, offering stunning lake views and proximity to outdoor adventures just 600m from Lursjön's beach.
This charming red-and-white holiday home, built around 1927, offers approximately 95 m² of living space for up to five guests, provided at least one child is included in the party.
Upon entering through a lovely covered porch, guests find a bright hallway leading to a cozy living area equipped with a wood-burning stove and dining space.
The modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
The ground floor features one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine.
A narrow, steep staircase leads to the upper floor, which houses a second bedroom with a double bed, a work area with a desk, and an additional bed. The house has running hot and cold water and offers electric and wood heating.
Cleaning is available at a fee of 120 EUR, and linens must be provided by guests. The holiday home is set in a serene, rural area, approximately 250 meters above the small Skärsjön lake.
Guests can enjoy a sheltered outdoor space encompassing around 2,000 m², featuring multiple seating areas with garden furniture and a fire pit, ideal for relaxation and gatherings.
