Nestled on a hill near the beautiful Finjasjön lake, this charming Swedish holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests, offering a blend of relaxation, nature, and adventure with nearby hiking trails and golf courses.
Located approximately 5 km south of Hässleholm, this quaint red-and-white holiday home offers a living area of about 55 m² on a 1,750 m² wooded lot. The west-facing veranda features outdoor seating with a beautiful view of Lake Finjasjön, which is about 400 m away.
The interior comprises a combined living/dining room equipped with a large corner sofa, armchair, dining table, and a wood-burning stove.
The kitchen includes an electric stove with oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and kettle.
A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet are also located on the ground floor.
An open staircase leads to a sleeping loft with limited headroom, featuring another double bed. Additional sleeping arrangements include a 1.20 m wide sofa bed and bunk beds in a small outbuilding.
The property can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests.
Heating is available via electric, heat pump, and wood stove, with wood included in the rental price. The vacation home is situated on a spacious, approximately 1,750 m² forested lot, providing a serene environment.
It features a west-facing veranda equipped with summer furniture and a parasol, offering a lovely view of the nearby Finjasjön lake, located about 400 meters away.
Guests can enjoy the neighboring sandy beach at Björkviken, accessible via a 2 km footpath.
