This stylish 1st floor apartment is modern, spacious and fully air conditioned, for a comfortable stay.
The apartment is self-catering and well furnished and stocked with the needs to make one feel at home away from home.
It has a nice balcony facing the morning sun, and is situated in a quiet area, close to all amenities, with the promenade, restaurants, bars and beaches of Marsalforn Gozo just a 5 minute-walk away!! It is the perfect place to stay for a nice family holiday.
The space
This 1st floor apartment, which can sleep up to 4 persons, measures approximately 96 m2 and is very well located on a hill in a quiet area, yet close to the town centre and popular beaches and promenade of Marsalforn. The apartment has a lovely layout, segregated and spacious rooms. It has a front balcony overlooking the main street, enjoying morning sunshine and a back terrace. A major refurbishment of this apartment was made in 2023.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned (the kitchen/sitting room and both bedrooms - the air conditioners are operated by means of a coin meter), has a fully stocked kitchen/dining room, microwave, sitting room with TV, a main bedroom (Queen size bed) and another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and a box room housing a free-to-use washing machine.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV are available in the apartment. Please note that the minimum stay is 3 nights. Check-in/check-out times are flexible, depending on other arrivals.
Guest access
The whole apartment is for the guests' sole use.
Other things to note
An Environment Fee of Euro 0.50 cents per adult person per night is paid on location. Therefore it is not included in the final price. This is a Government Tax.
Our property is family-managed and people in our home are our guests.
Please note that unless there is an overlap between arrivals and departures on the same day, we adopt a flexible check-in and check-out time. Otherwise, alternative arrangements would have to be made.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
