This 56 m² apartment is located in Toscolano Maderno on Lake Garda and accommodates up to 5 guests.
It features one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and a living room.
The fully equipped private kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, coffee machines, and kettle.
Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms and the living room.
High-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video conferencing, satellite TV, a washing machine, and a baby cot are also provided.
Additional amenities include local herbs, shared toys and books for children, and step-free indoor access. Enjoy the private uncovered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, as well as the 800 m² private garden with lake views and seating areas.
Direct lake access is via a shared private jetty just 90 m from the apartment.
Four sun loungers and four armchairs are available at the jetty. A shared on-site car park is included.
Events are not permitted on the property.
Please note that to reach the jetty, guests need to cross the main road.
Several outdoor staircases are present, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The nearby village of Bogliaco with restaurants and pizzerias is 2 km away, and a golf course is just 1 km away.
A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
The ferry to the eastern shore of Lake Garda takes approximately 35 minutes.
Salo is a 20-minute drive, Limone sul Garda is 30 minutes north, and Riva del Garda is 40 minutes away.

Gut gefallen hat uns die Lage, die Klimaanlage ( bei unserem Aufenthalt waren es 32 c°) sowie der Gastgeber und die einfache Kommunikation.
Ebenfalls die generelle Ausstattung mit Grill, diversen Sitzecken und Sonnenliegen ist Super.
Wir waren wunschlos glücklich.

Der terrassierte, liebevoll gestaltete Garten ist ein wunderbarer Ort um zu entspannen mit Blick auf den See. Über einen kleinen Weg kommt man runter zum privaten Anleger.
Das Apartment ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigen könnte.
