Die Altstadt und das Einkaufszentrum sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock, ist jedoch bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichbar.
Für mitgebrachten Fahrrädern gab es einen tollen Radkeller.
