Faulty air conditioning spoiled stay

The location beautiful town with lovely people.
Not being advised that the air conditioning was faulty until the day we arrived. Collecting water from a leak in the second bedroom. Unapologetic host. Difficulty sleeping in the heat as the air conditioning could not be utilised at night. I wished they cancelled so I could have booked somewhere else.
