This exceptional studio with a private entrance is nestled within a rare and serene farm on Kalymnos.
If you are a nature lover seeking peace, tranquility, or complete privacy, this is the perfect getaway.
Surrounded by hundreds of fruit trees—berries, plums, grapes, guavas, pears, apricots—along with fig, almond, and olive trees, this property offers a one-of-a-kind experience.
Herbs grow naturally right at your doorstep, creating a picturesque and soothing environment to enjoy the uninterrupted views of the Panormos valley and Kantouni bay. Conveniently located, it’s a central spot close to climbing crags, services, and amenities. This studio lies beneath a beautiful stone-built villa and serves as a separate guesthouse with its own private entrance and yard, surrounded by citrus trees and walking trails throughout the farm.
The property is fully fenced, with no immediate neighbors, offering the utmost privacy and safety. The stone construction not only provides a traditional and elegant aesthetic but also acts as a natural insulator, maintaining comfortable temperatures year-round.
Cooling fans and air-conditioning are also available for added convenience. The studio is a cozy yet functional space, featuring a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two guests, making it perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families with one or two children. Set on a hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea, the property offers breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets every evening.
The natural ambiance is enhanced by the distant ringing of goat bells, the chirping of birds, and the fragrances of nature, creating the ultimate escape to unplug and recharge. Boats, scooters, and cars can be rented upon request to explore Kalymnos.
Free airport or port transfers are provided with prior arrangement, ensuring a seamless arrival.
