The villa Residenza 2 Luxury is located in Cortona and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as beach/pool towels.
Furthermore, a shared gym and gym equipment are available on the property.
The villa features a private outdoor area with a garden, covered terrace, and outdoor shower.
A private garage with direct access to the property is also present.
An additional single bed can be added upon previous request and for an extra fee. Enjoy the shared outdoor area, equipped with a fenced pool and an outdoor shower.
The pool is open from May 15th to October 15th, from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
The on-site restaurant operates from June to November 5th.
You have access to a shared gym and wellness center.
There are 22 parking spaces available on the property.
Only one pet is allowed.
Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted.
A crib and high chair are available upon request.

Een complete woning van alle gemakken voorzien op een super locatie vlakbij Cortona.
Je zit bij een wijnhuis, maar dat heb je niet helemaal door. Je moet er zelf naar op zoek.

a minor thing that during our stay the tv set was not working, will be fixed some day

It was in beautiful location with great pool, apartment was nice and spacious.
Beds in the rooms are terrible, noisy, creaking and every move wakes up the whole house. Shower mixer in one of bathrooms has lived off it's life too. If conditioner is on during the night one of bedrooms have noise from it's outside unit that ticking all the time, so does not allow to sleep well. :)
