The Landnest holiday apartment in Prutting is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with views of the Alps.
The 63 m² apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to five guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, beach and pool towels, as well as children's books and toys.
Enjoy your private balcony, ideal for unwinding in the evenings. You can interact with cats and chickens on the property, and ponies and sheep are just a five-minute drive away.
Simssee Lake is only three minutes away by car, and restaurants and shops are close by. The area offers many cycling and hiking trails, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
Public transport is within walking distance. Two parking spaces are available on the property.
Families with children are welcome; a baby cot and high chair are available on request.
Pets, smoking (anywhere on the property), and events are not allowed.
Osteopathy and physiotherapy appointments can be arranged on request and with advance notice. The property has waste separation policies and energy-saving features.
A convenient self-check-in system is provided.

Im Grünen, total zum Entspannen, biken, wandern etc. Überall grün, die eindrückliche Kampenwand, 🏔️ morgens durch die Felder joggen und Rehkitz sehen und dann auch noch ein Hahn 🐓, der kräht. Wir kommen gerne demnächst wieder!

Ruhige Lage und Ausblick.
Gastgeber sehr freundlich und geht auf alle Wünsche ein.
Kein Fernseher in der Wohnung, dass hatten wir leider überlesen, können aber die Gastgeber nix dazu.
Vor der Haustüre unter dem Holz ist direkt ein Wespennest gewesen.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, familiäre Atmosphäre, alles neuwertig und sehr ruhige Lage, 2 Parkplätze direkt vor der Wohnung
