The 40 m² house features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Amenities include a TV. Outside, you’ll find a secluded garden, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.
Enjoy relaxing evenings on the spacious terrace with charcoal grill, surrounded by nature.
The location is perfect for relaxation and activities.
Bellini Beach, a large forest beach with outdoor dining, is just 150 m away.
Carriage rides and a pony farm are 250 m from the house; Bellin Beach with beer garden and beach café is 350 m away.
The “Usedomer Blick” restaurant and café is 800 m away.
The main Bellin beach with beer garden, beach café, free parking, and playground is only 500 m away.
There are 2 parking spaces on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets up to 20 kg are allowed on request and for an extra charge.

Nach den Toilettengang konnte man sich nicht einmal die Hände waschen weil kein Waschbecken da war. Händewaschen nur über der Spüle in der Küche, Rasieren ging auch nicht weil kein Spiegel über der Spüle war.
Der Gang im Schlafzimmer zum Bett war nur ca. 30cm breit. Keine Ablageflächen für Anziehsachen beim zubett gehen.

Der Gastgeber war super freundlich! Wir sind mit einem größeren Hund dort angereist und waren herzlich willkommen 🙏🏻 Die ruhige Lage macht es einfach idyllisch🫶🏼

Es liegt zentral aber doch abseits und man hat seine Ruhe. Nicht weit zu Fuß und man hat zwei kleine Strände, mit Imbiss, die sehr gutes Essen haben.
Das Häuschen hatte alles was man braucht :-) und sauber.
