The 475 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 11 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator.
The property features a private outdoor area with a pool, whirlpool, garden, open and covered terraces, two balconies, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. There is a tennis court within a 15-minute walking distance from the property. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has security cameras inside the property, which are inactive unless guests, upon request, wish to activate them during their stay. Gay friendly property. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
