Welcome to Penthouse Puebla Lucia — a bright and spacious apartment on the top floor of a prestigious, 24-hour guarded urbanisation in the heart of Fuengirola, Costa del Sol.
Spanning 70 m², this well-equipped home sleeps up to 4 guests across a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The large sunny terrace overlooks the beautifully maintained communal gardens and three outdoor swimming pools, making it ideal for enjoying the Andalusian sunshine.
The property has recently been upgraded with brand-new window and door frames throughout, ensuring excellent sound insulation and a peaceful atmosphere.
The urbanisation features a delightful decorative fountain; with the windows closed, it is completely silent inside. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and all the utensils you'll need.
The living area offers free WiFi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Bed linen, towels, and essential toiletries are all provided. Within the complex you'll find two restaurants, a bar, a children's pool, and an outdoor communal pool, all in a calm, fenced environment with round-the-clock security.
A baby cot is available on request. Just 2 minutes' walk from the beach and Fuengirola's seafront promenade, 300 m from the train station, and 15 km from Málaga Airport.
