In MUÑOPEDRO, the country house Casa Las Tres Coteras enjoys an excellent location.
The two-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV with streaming services, washing machine, dryer, as well as books and toys for children.
A cot and high chair are also available.
This accommodation does not have air conditioning.
In the private outdoor area, you will find a heated pool, hot tub, open terrace, balcony and barbecue. You enjoy access to the heated pool and hot tub, as well as a shared covered terrace with views of the Sierra de Guadarrama.
Public transport links are within walking distance.
There is a parking space available on the property and free street parking.
Families with children are welcome, although bed linen for cots is not provided.
A maximum of two pets is allowed.
Smoking and events are not permitted.
The property has central oil heating.
The games room is equipped with a console, foosball table, board games, puzzles for children and books.

La estancia es tal cual las fotos y descripción. La casa es muy amplia y tiene de todo. Varios espacios para poder aprovechar con los amigos, piscina, bbq, todas las comodidades, menaje completo, todo limpio y listo para disfrutar. Daniel fue muy amable y cercano, nos encantos visitar su finca y la comunicación con él ha sido impecable.
Estuvimos muy agusto en la casa. El trato de Dani excepcional.
