CANCELLATION POLICY
Our payment processing company, STRIPE, charges us 5% on every transaction. As a result, we will not reimburse said fee if you choose to cancel. If you wish to modify your reservation, please reach us to us directly and we can work with you to make the necessary adjustments.
- Non-reimbursable: 5% payment service processing fee for all reservations.
- Full refund minus 5% payment service processing fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
