Fully renovated in 2023, our 150 m² chalet is designed so you feel right at home while enjoying a friendly, natural setting. Spacious accommodation for everyone With 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and sleeping up to 15 guests, the chalet is perfect for families, groups of friends, or travelers seeking authenticity. You'll find: A large living room for relaxing. A fully equipped kitchen for 15 so you can cook just like at home. High-speed Wi-Fi, TV, books, and children's games. Bed linen and towels provided free of charge. Outdoor spaces to enjoy the mountains Covered and open-air terraces, balcony with views of the Alps. Barbecue and shared garden for outdoor moments. Ping-pong table for fun between hikes. Ideal location Just 10 minutes from Faverges and 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, the chalet is a perfect base for exploring the Seythenex caves and waterfalls, Fort Tamié, and ski resorts 40 minutes away. Flexibility and services Welcome at the entrance to the property.
