The holiday home La Longère du Cosquer with step-free access is located in Baden and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
This 87 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests.
IDEAL LOCATION: The sea is just a 5-minute drive away, and the town center is a 5-minute walk.
FULLY ENCLOSED GARDEN – PERFECT FOR YOUR PETS: The property offers a fully fenced garden where your dog can run safely off-leash.
Well-behaved pets are welcome (please keep your dog on a leash in the street).
There is also a field opposite the house where your dog can run freely.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and books.
A baby cot and high chair are available.
The private outdoor area features an enclosed garden, a covered terrace with pergola, an open terrace, and a barbecue.
A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
There is ample parking on the farm, with space for at least 4 cars, work vans, trailers, and a small boat.
One pet is allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
In winter, you can warm up by the wood stove (firewood available for an extra fee).
