The cleaning fee includes end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels.
Set on a fenced 650 m² plot, the house offers immediate access to the sea, as well as the shops and restaurants of Guilvinec.
With 140 m² of living space, the property is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday.
Ground floor: independent, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the garden, with a breakfast table.
Entrance hall, bright living room with no overlooking neighbors, open to the dining area.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with storage and 140 cm beds, bathroom with shower, and toilet.

Die Lage war für uns mit Hund und Kindern echt super. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und die Betten, zwar typisch französisch schmal aber bequem.
Die Sofas sehen zwar gut aus, sind aber wahnsinnig durchgesessen! Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein (zumindest wenn man öfter kocht…) leider mussten wir Pfannen und Backblech erstmal schrubben…
Maison confortable et agréable à vivre.
