The Sunset on the Lake apartment, located in Belgirate, overlooks Lake Maggiore.
The 55 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, smart TV with streaming services and satellite channels, air conditioning in the bedroom, fan, and washing machine.
The holiday home offers a private open terrace, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
Guests have access to a private garden via an external staircase, equipped with sun loungers and a gazebo with a table and 6 chairs.
A private barbecue with accessories is available on request.
The location is convenient between Arona and Stresa, just 6 km from the Borromean Islands.
In Lesa, Erno Beach offers both a private facility and a free beach, both pet-friendly.
The Mottarone ski slopes are about 20 minutes away by car. The train station is 200 meters away.

Sehr ruhige Gegend, obwohl die Bahnlinie direkt vorbeifährt. Etwas abseits der Hauptstraße, trotzdem sind 2-3 Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Auch der Weg nach Lesa ist zu Fuß machbar.
Küchenausstattung top.
Zu kleine Sitzgelegenheit im Außenbereich direkt am Haus.
Keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern.
