The detached holiday home, renovated in 2008, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of town. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, children's playground, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, and campfire site.

Ground floor: Living room with TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. American kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 children beds. Bathroom with bathtub with shower and WC.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
Location
Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

Das Haus hatte einen schönen großen Garten
Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss war etwas gefährlich da es kein Geländer hatte.
