In Rodengo, the holiday apartment Karspitz with step-free access and interior offers an excellent view of the Alps.
The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV.
A private covered balcony is available. This accommodation offers access to a shared outdoor area with an open terrace and barbecue facilities.
Three parking spaces are available on the property.
One pet is allowed upon prior registration and for an additional fee.
Smoking and hosting events are not permitted.
The accommodation offers homemade products and provides a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.
There are guidelines for proper waste separation, which will be explained on site.
The accommodation is equipped to save light and water, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems.
Sustainable materials were used for insulation.

View from the terrace is spectacular. The place was in such good condition and very clean.
It would be convenient if there was a washing machine, to be able to wash towels as opposed to having to ask the host for clean towels.

Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Sie liegt schön ruhig, ideal zum Abschalten vom Alltag im Urlaub. Die Gastgeber waren super herzlich und haben uns tolle Tipps zum Wandern gegeben.
Alles in allem einfach empfehlenswert. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich :)
