On the ground floor of a historic building in Sanremo’s pedestrian quarter, the apartment provides a comfortable base for a city break or a beach holiday with friends.
The property centres around an open-plan living room which is furnished with a double bed, a double sofa bed, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. This space also incorporates a modern kitchenette fitted with; a large breakfast bar, a Moka coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.

Excellent and very happy stay in La Pigna area in Sanremo. The apartment was nice, clean, fully equipped and well located. The Happy Rentals team at Sanremo, especially Davide, took wonderful care of us, answered all our questions and made our stay in Sanremo really special.
