The holiday apartment Casa Noa is located in Costa del Silencio and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
This vacation rental features a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings. This property offers access to a shared outdoor area with a pool and garden. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. A parking space is available on the property.
In order to park the car, the guess must give their phone number and the license plate number of the car they are using. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

L appartement etait très bien équipé.
Gros beug au niveau de la télé, elle coupe toute les 5 secondes. Pas de toilettes séparées comme précisé sur l annonce. L appartement est au premier étage et cela n est pas précisé.

Die ruhige und gesicherte Lage, Klimaanlage, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermieterin
TV Bedienung über Internet nur auf Belgisch und wurde nicht "geschafft" aber im Urlaub kein Problem darauf zu verzichten, Sauberkeit nicht ganz in Ordnung, Poolbereich alt und kaputte Poolmöbel, Parkplätze im Nahbereich nicht immer vorhanden
