The holiday apartment "3" is located in Oppenau and overlooks the nearby mountain. 
This 80 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 4 people.
On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a selection of children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Guests enjoy access to a shared outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, two covered terraces, and a playground.
The outdoor area is cozily furnished for dining and relaxation. The property is located near the Black Forest National Park, close to popular attractions such as the All Saints' Day waterfalls and the ruins of the All Saints' monastery.
The Mummelsee, at 1164 m, and the Bookhead Tower, at 921 m, are also easily accessible.
Three supermarkets and a pharmacy are available in Oppenau, and a hiking trail starts right at the house. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. The property comprises units FW No. 1 and FW No. 2, making it ideal for families.
Children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The entire first floor is for your private use. Towels and bedlinen can be provided (for a fee per change).
For stays of 10 days or more, bedlinen changes are included. Laundry service is offered for a fee per wash/dry cycle. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
