The 50 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and accommodates 2 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washer-dryer. The holiday home features a private terrace for relaxing evenings. The property is located near Lake Constance, and public transport is within walking distance.
The central location allows you to reach all essential shopping facilities on foot, including bakeries, banks, grocery stores, the lido, the train station, the boat dock, and much more. With the 'Echt-Bodensee-Card', you receive free entry to the Nonnenhorn lido as well as other discounts (the card is handed to you by the host upon registration).
A parking space is available on the property. A storage room for bicycles is located in the basement; bicycles can be rolled down a ramp next to the stairs, so carrying heavy e-bikes is not necessary. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.
