Very well equipped: led TV, washing machine, induction hob, mobile air conditioner in summer etc. Household waste sorting on site. This studio includes comforter, pillows and undersheets, but not sheets and towels. You'll love the authenticity and environment of this residence.
The town center is just 2 steps away (250 m), with all its shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. You'll find all the comforts you need (82 CM led TV, washing machine, all household appliances - 140 x 190 sofa bed that unfolds in 5 seconds with comfortable mattress. ST GERVAIS ski area "EVASION MT BLANC", 3rd largest in FRANCE, with 445 kms of runs - ALPINE skiing - snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking, - On the slopes "la folie douce" offers music and entertainment, paragliding, etc...
