Wir kamen aufgrund falscher Kommunikation gar nicht ins Haus. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort oder telefonisch erreichbar. Dafür Menschen mit zweifelhaften Absichten dort wohnend. Mussten umbuchen. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Lage ist Gut, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Misserabel , oder besser gesagt überhaupt nicht. Wenn man ein Problem hat, es wrd überhaupt nicht wahrgenommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment im 7.+8. Stock. Sowohl Strand als auch Hafen und Altstadt sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man das Auto in der zur Wohnung zugehörigen Garage stehen lassen kann.
