The apartment is located at 10 Lutego Street, one of the oldest parts of Gdynia, and also the most representative street of Śródmieście. The apartment is part of the new apartment complex ''Inwestycja Bank Polski 1929''. The 7-storey building was designed in a modernist style, perfectly matching the city's architecture. On the ground floor of the building, there is a service space with a courtyard filled with greenery and recreational elements. There is also an underground car park in the building.
The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the Main Railway Station, which makes it an ideal base for exploring the Tri-City. There are also numerous bus stops in the neighboring streets. Using public transport, Sopot can be reached in 20 minutes. The Baltic Sea is only 1 km from the apartment, and the sandy city beach is within a 15-minute walk. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city center with numerous shopping and dining outlets. On the main street of the center, Świętojańska, guests can visit atmospheric restaurants and cafes offering a wide selection of sea and world cuisine specialties. There is also a Fish Hall and a Market Hall nearby, where you can hunt for fresh fish delicacies.
