The accommodation is air-conditioned, has a balcony, and is non-smoking.
Just 1 km from Playa de San Blas, it’s the perfect base for your getaway. The tastefully decorated villa offers spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen with basic spices, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
As a welcome touch, you’ll find complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
Enjoy outdoor dining with the barbecue and the beautiful setting. The shopping center is a 4-minute drive or a 15–20 minute walk away, with shops, restaurants, a cinema, supermarket, gym, and free parking—ideal for families. Important: The villa is near the airport flight path, so you may hear planes arriving, usually between 10:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. No departures are heard from the property.
New soundproof windows and doors will be installed to reduce noise. Notice: From September 1 to December 30, 2026, the pool will be out of service for a full renovation.
A new sun terrace, loungers, saltwater purifier, and two heated pools—one for adults and one for children—will be added.
