The accommodation offers air conditioning, a balcony, and is completely non-smoking.
Just 1.7 km from Playa de San Blas, it’s the perfect base for your getaway to Tenerife. The villa is tastefully decorated and provides a spacious setting, comfortable beds for restful sleep, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
Enjoy outdoor meals with the barbecue while taking in the surroundings. Important location information: The villa is near the airport’s flight path.
You may hear arriving flights, usually between 22:00 and 23:30. Departing flights are not heard from the property.
New insulated windows and doors are planned to further reduce noise and enhance your comfort. Important notice: From September 1 to December 30, 2026, the pool will be temporarily out of service for a major renovation.
Improvements will include a new sun deck, loungers, a saline purifier, and two heated pools: one for adults and one for children.
We apologize for any inconvenience during this improvement period. Rules: No parties or events.
Quiet hours 22:00-8:00. Return dishes in good condition.
Take out trash before departure.
Take care with sofas and upholstery.
Pool: No animals, smoking, diving, running, or eating.
