La Maison du Renard is located in Sarre, just 5 km from the city of Aosta, yet in a quiet hillside area away from road noise.
Being centrally located in the region, it is an ideal starting point for excursions throughout the valley.
The semi-detached villa, built according to bio-construction principles, is set in a very quiet area just a few kilometers from Aosta.
The furnishings are completely new, elegant, and modern, with special attention to the sustainability of the materials and products provided for you.
The house can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of an entrance, a spacious living area with kitchen and lounge, two bedrooms (one double with walk-in closet and one with two single beds), two bathrooms with showers, and a smart working area.
From the living area you have access to a balcony, a large terrace with gazebo and barbecue, and a private garden.
The entire house enjoys panoramic mountain views thanks to the large windows facing north and west.
You have access to ample parking, both covered and uncovered.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, there is a wellness area with whirlpool tub, sauna, showers, and relaxation area, reserved exclusively for you (note: the SPA is not included for stays of only one night).
The owners live nearby, are discreet but always available for any needs.
Only small dogs up to 10 kg are allowed, available for an extra fee.
