Villa Lilla Pärla is located in Virserum in the region of Småland and is a charming traditional Swedish holiday home full of character.
Built in 1926, it combines classic country style with cosy comfort and offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. With around 100 square metres of living space and a 1,000 square metre garden, the house accommodates up to four guests.
The warm and inviting interior makes it especially appealing for families and couples. The living area features a comfortable sofa, rocking chair and TV with international channels.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for self-catering.
Two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bathtub – provide additional comfort. The garden offers plenty of space to relax, with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and room for children to play. Located on the edge of Virserum, the house combines tranquility with convenience.
A lake with swimming opportunities is only about 1 km away.
In winter, the area also offers skiing and cross-country trails. Nearby attractions include Vimmerby with Astrid Lindgrens Värld, the Glass Kingdom, as well as Kalmar and the island of Öland. Villa Lilla Pärla is a non-smoking property.
Final cleaning is included.

Electricity is charged based on consumption at 0.30 EUR per kWh.
